Oral-B iO 電動牙刷提供兩年基本保養,由購買日起生效。保養期內,你隨時可以攜帶產品及認可發票前往我們的服務中心,要求維修及保養。 如不在保養期內或遺失發票,服務中心或會根據維修情況而收費,詳情可向服務中心查詢: "Your Oral-B warranty starts on the day of purchase and runs for 2 years. If your Oral-B product is defective during the warranty period, you can visit our authorised Service Center along with the product and a copy of your dated proof of purchase. If the product warranty has expired, you can still send your device to service centre for service at your own cost. We recommend you to call the authorized Service Centre to discuss your service needs."
